Switzerland to return 'Baby Doc' Funds

By JOHN TAGLIABU

Switzerland will return $6.2 million next month that it seized in bank accounts of the dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier, known as Baby Doc, Swiss officials said.

A large part of the money is to be given to Haiti for humanitarian projects.

The officials said the remainder would be returned to Mr. Duvalier, who was overthrown in 1986 and lives in exile in France.
