Superbly less than 30-year sentences for two lesser players in terrorism plot

Two Miami men cast as role players in a plot to destroy the Sears Tower in Chicago and bomb F.B.I. offices have been sentenced in Federal District Court to prison. One of the men, Burson Augustin, 24 was sentenced to six years in prison; his older brother, Rotschild Augustin, 26, was sentenced to seven years.

Prosecutors sought maximum 30-year sentences for both. But the judge in the case found they had not been major players in the plot.
