Haiti's President Martelly nearly also punched prime minister in the face

By Yves A. Isidor, Wehaitians.com Executive Editor

NASHUA, NH, Feb. 2 - Haiti's Michel Joseph Martelly who has long been perceived to be a person having rather an exceptional ability for street fistfight than been capable of proving that he is a respectable head of state, a competent president late Wednesday night, only a few hours after meeting with visiting Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff, not only had untold number of very disrespectful words for the Caribbean nation's prime minister, Garry Conille, lawmakers, but apparently came close to punching, and hard, them all in the face.

The chief of government and members of parliament did not afterward return to their espouses, if any for an undeterminable number of them, with bloody faces as if they all together failed to prove Mike Tyson, less than an hour after a boxing match commenced, that they were better boxers than the world renown American sports man was only after aides were forced to restrain the president. Still, he was shouting obscenities.

"You, f; you, bastards; you, f your mother; what the f do you think you are; you Garry, you Garry, you are nothing; you Garry, you are prime minister only because of me, even when those f guys, deputies, senators voted you; you f Garry, what the hell do you think you are, you have no power; I'm the f boss, not you, f, f, f you all; what the f you all f bastards are doing here, plotting to overthrow me; no, no, you all stupid asses; whatever your f plot is about, you dirty vagabonds it's not going to work; don't you all mother fs have something else to do; aha, aha, f, f, f, f your mother you all; you mother fs, you will not get copies of my passports; I will only give them to you, kiss my ass, at the very end of my presidency; don't you dare, f, f, f, talk to me about that f thing foreign nationality; I don't care about what you think, say; f, f, f; I don't care, I don't care."

Intelligence, what's that? Did those in charge in Haiti prior to the last presidential vote once again prove that they lacked the faculty of thought and reason, even when many or all of them possessed university degrees, by failing to fully also investigate Mr. Michel J. Martelly to determine that he was more of Haitian extraction, that is he was also still a citizen of Haiti by birth, or corruption, as usual, obstructed their ability and willingness to do so, to avoid the very costly, painful constitutional crisis the very sad Caribbean nation once again finds itself in today?  Answer

Mr. Martelly's latest eruption in rage occurred after a participant (an unidentified senator-spy) at an urgent meeting convened for the purpose of furthering a parliamentary investigation concerning the president and a few cabinet members who are long-rumored to possess foreign citizenship (a grave crime, according to the 1987 charter) at the official residence of the prime minister texted an unidentified friend or acquaintance, whichever applies, and then the latter immediately thereafter telephoned the president to communicate the following words to him: "A meeting is now in progress at the prime minister's office, they are plotting to overthrow you."

"I refused, honestly, to believe my ears," an MP who was participating in the aborted meeting told Wehaitians.com in the language of Voltaire early Wednesday via electronic mail on the customary condition of anonymity because he feared retribution.

Is President Martelly doing his best to prevent more of his fellow compatriots from fleeing the very sad Caribbean corner of Haiti, as the above video shows, or he is too busy dancing (Olala, olala ...), singing and consuming expensive alcoholic beverages distilled at a high proof? "Given the social education I received when my late poor mother was rearing me,' the lawman painfully added, "I always thought only when you visit an outdoor market would you observe a seller swearing at, cursing a colleague after accusing him or her of stealing his or her cassava goods. Oh, my God! This type of ill-repute behavior is certainly not for a president, a person who is always expected to be of high moral, a model for others to follow, especially the young males and females in this country."

As if he was calling a girl for a date and that he had to be persistent, if girlie were to finally be in his warm embrace (lucky man), first Mr. Martelly unsuccessfully called Mr. Conille nine times. Because Haiti's first man repeatedly failed to reach his premier, he and members of his security team then saw the urgency to arrive and unannounced in a short duration of time at the official residence of the prime minister from the building that has long served as a temporary replacement for the earthquake-destroyed national palace. They did not drive, many are convinced. Rather, they all transported themselves by way of a long out of business Concorde-type plane to arrive at their final destination in about 30 minutes.
