Like a few other former Haiti telecommunications company's senior executives during the reign of terror of bloodthirsty dictator Jean-Bertrand Aristide, Mr. Antoine was arrested Wednesday, December 9, 2009 in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The next day, he was extradited to the United States, where they all have been indicted for money laundering after pillaging Haiti's public purse, by way of its telephone company commonly known as Teleco.
