I n Haiti, Satan is in big, big trouble. A three-day Catholic National Charismatic Rebirth Congress in the Caribbean nation. Hopefully, the believers' prayers will be answered by God, and ultimately participants will all be joyful, exultant or jubilant - no more Satan, no more abject poverty, no more totalitarian dictators, and many more of the same - April 25-27, 2003
